The process
Four steps from idea to installed palm.
Larger palms are living products and every property is different. A short access and placement review keeps the delivery realistic.
2. Share the property details
Send the ZIP code, desired quantity, planting-area photos, gate measurements, and any access concerns.
3. Confirm the job
We review route timing, tree availability, placement, equipment access, and any non-standard work.
4. Schedule installation
After the project is confirmed, we arrange delivery and install the palm in the agreed location.
Standard versus special access
What can change the installation price.
- Long-distance delivery or a route outside the normal service schedule
- Narrow gates, fences, pools, steep grades, soft ground, or limited equipment access
- Removal of existing trees, roots, concrete, irrigation conflicts, or other site work
- Oversized palms, specialty equipment, or unusual placement conditions
Qualifying palm orders of $1,099 or more include free standard delivery and professional installation. Smaller orders and non-standard conditions are quoted after review.

- Confirm gates, parking, HOA timing, irrigation, and a clear equipment path.
- Keep people, pets, vehicles, and movable items out of the work area.
